A good location to amenities of Wantirna South
The location is convenient for access to nearby amenities such as a big shopping centre. It is close to those places where we have planned to visit friends and a shop in the same locality. The parking spaces and facilities are very good. The drawbacks include the signage to enter to the Adara Kubix motel, that is not clear to the new comers; and there is no free wifi in the motel room, which is quite uncommon.

Was amazed at what the room contained for the cost ( shame a lot more are not like this for Travellers) very clean, bed was ok. the balcony would be a great way to finish of a balmy summers night out

Weekend Stay
Perfect position for what we needed. Super clean and spacious. Staff very friendly upon arrival. Indoor pool an added bonus. A definite re-book when we have cheer and dance comps in 2019.

Relaxation plus
Quick and easy check in, parking, spacious apartment. Close to Knox City for shopping, cinemas and many choices of restaurants. Also full kitchen if you can be bothered to cook with so many options. Weekend away to relax and recharge, fantastic.

My partner and I just wanted some alone time, as we have teenage children, we thought we would have a night out and stay at kubik as it is across from Knox ozone restaurant precinct so we had a nice meal and few drinks then walked back to the room. Had a great night.

Nice central location.
Great service for what we needed the room for which was to get ready for my wedding. Great staff - helpful and friendly. The only real downsides were that the couch was not comfortable at all, and the traffic sounds kept my friends and I awake so I would recommend having better glass on the windows. I’ve lived by an airport and been able to sleep no problems from day 1 because of proper windows. Thanks! Many thanks!

Great apartment, exceptionally clean, modern, secure and comfortable. Everything you need, serviced daily if you want, double glazed windows so traffic isn't noticeable, across the Rd from major shopping and restaurants. Close to major rds for ease of access to everything, on site secure parking and was able to get early check in.Would recommend these apartments to everyone. Thanks for a great stay.

The traffic noise didn't bother me much, but I think apartment 201 is directly over the building power plant, and that is annoying. However the very private north facing balcony is great for private sun. Pool and gym are nice, and short walk to good shopping centre.

Disappointing stay
Building Management had no idea of what customer service is all about! From check in to check out we had a poor experience. On top of that was billed for some paint chipping off a small IKEA coffee table. Informed by management that it cost $49 but ended up being billed for $252. No meaningful effort was made to contact us and explain charges - had to make multiple phone calls to demand an explanation. A great example of not understanding customer expectations. Will not be coming back anytime soon!

No training at all for the front office staff
The girl in the front desk has no training at all, she does not even know how to make a reservation. I feel sorry for her to see her by herself at the front office and was talking over the phone to her manager to teach her how to make a booking. It took at least 20 mins and she can not still figure out how to do it. Very bad experience at all.

Loved this place. It still has that new house smell. They are still working on the place so but they had everything we needed and it was nice to come back to a clean property to rest after a big day.

Modern family hotel room
Was great choice while renovating at home could stay close to schools and activities. Modern 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Kids had their own bathroom. Kitchen was great, dishwasher and plenty of space for food, was like a home away from home. Great modern furnishings.

Close enough to walk to Knox city, food and restaurants nearby with the Knox basketball centre only 5 min drive. Was perfect for what we needed friendly staff, with a pool to cool down on the hot summer days.

Excellent location. Staff were great. Notes: currently no laundry facilities in room however full laundry service available free at reception. Heating/Cooling - split system only in lounge - needed to leave running on full all day and night to keep bedrooms cooled down. Recommend - BYO pillows Indoor pool area was great

New apartments close to Knox Westfield
Stayed here for 3 nights for business. I didn't use any of the hotel facilities, apart from those in my room (and parking, which was included, but needed to be booked before-hand). Bed was very new, and a little hard, but I got a good-night's sleep. Nice pillows provided. The room was very clean, and, being new, all appliances that I used are in great order. Unfortunately, there are some things to beware of: Where my room had block-out blinds on the bedroom windows, there were only see-through blinds on the living area windows and balcony door - I think this needs to be addressed. The arrangement of the furniture needs to be addressed: the work-table was in a position where there was no power point in reach. The main couch/lounge was directly in front of the only semi-accessible power point in the living area, so, working on my laptop was a bit of a hassle. At this time, there are no internet facilities - I have been assured that this will be coming soon, but no time-frame given. Overall, a nice-enough stay.

Absolute Nightmare!! The customer service after your stay is horrible. Hope no one has to go through this stress.. Just a heads up for people who will be making any bookings here. When you make bookings there will be a pop up for pre authority of $ 100 on credit card and this is actually a trap they use to charge your card once you check out. They will make reasons like missing inventory/fabric/room supplies that you can't dispute once you check out and charge money on your card without even contacting you. When we contacted the person in charge her behaviours was extremely disappointing the worst I've ever come across in my experience of travelling around the world. The most offensive part was to deal was to hear allegation of missing inventory like pot lids and spoons which guest are not aware of. The hotel does not give a detailed list of inventory however once you checkout they will come up with list of things missing. Will never ever recommend to anyone!!
