The Space:
Located in a renovated brewery, you’ll enter the apartment into a well-equipped kitchen with tiled flooring, stone benchtops, a breakfast bar with 2 stools, a 2-burner gas cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave, integrated Bosch dishwasher and a good-sized Westinghouse fridge/freezer. The kitchen flows through to a carpeted, open-plan living/dining space, offering a wall heater and aircon, a 4-seater dining table, 3-seater sofa and a Sony large screen smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead out to a balcony with an expansive view of the Melbourne’s CBD. A privacy blind and block-out curtains help control the light flow. There are 2 carpeted bedrooms, both with king sized beds and ceiling fans. The master bedroom comes with built-in wardrobes, its own wall-mounted heater and a window providing the same sweeping views of the CBD, also with block-out curtains. The second bedroom is internal with no window, but there’s a large sliding door which can be opened for light and air.

The apartment’s bathroom has a roomy shower recess with a frameless glass screen. There’s also a European laundry providing a top loader Fisher & Paykel washing machine and wall-mounted Electrolux dryer.

Building amenities include secure, undercover parking, a rooftop swimming pool and gymnasium.

Located right next to Melbourne’s CBD, East Melbourne is known for its beautiful heritage houses and wide tree-lined streets. The apartment itself is in an unbeatable location, walking distance to the Fitzroy Gardens (3 minutes), Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) (17 minutes), Epworth Private Hospital (18 minutes), Rod Laver Arena (22 minutes), the Royal Exhibition Building and Melbourne Museum (24 minutes). Lovers of Italian food will appreciate the Gourmet Pizza Bar open just downstairs, with the eateries, bars and clubs in Smith Street close by. You can also walk to the popular retail shopping outlets in Bridge Road Richmond.

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with secure, undercover parking for one car, with public transport options close by, including Melbourne’s iconic trams (light rail).

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.

* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.

*This is a pet friendly property. You may bring your furry or feathered family member for an additional $100 surcharge fee,

*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.

*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
