"I was happy with the Sun hotel for the price I paid. It was relatively cheap and I thought the hotel was good value. It is a very old listed building and there are timbers that are hundreds of years old visible throughout. As a result of the age some of the floors and walls are uneven but this adds to the character. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty. "

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally attentive and good-humoured, which made us feel really welcomed. It was an easy check-in, helped by the fact that you can do some of it online. "We arrived later than we had planned but received a warm welcome from the hosts. We had the family room which is a good size, well decorated, warm and comfortable. The accomodation was spotless. We didnt eat there but will need to be in Cambridge in aroun 6 months time, so hoping we can stay again. Great value for money. Highly recommended. "
