"We stayed overnight on our way home to the UK. Unfortunately the hotel reception was closed when we arrived & we had to phone a number posted on the door. This went to voicemail so we had to leave a message. Fortunately someone turned up within 10 minutes. The checkin was rather rudimentary & rushed.
