Welcome to this charming old country house with swimming pool and a lot of character. You will be convinced by the atmosphere with the historic stone walls from 1812, the south-facing shaded terrace, the garden complete with barbecue and absolute tranquility and be put in a fantastic vacation mood. Especially the cozy furnished lounge area upstairs with fireplace will become one of your favorite places inside the house, as well as the outdoor ping-pong table in front of the house. A big plus is the roof terrace with terrific views over the fields and of the sunset!

The beautiful region of Occitania will captivate you with its nearby hiking trails, rivers, fields and small towns. But you will also discover the Cevennes, where fruit picking, hiking and picnicking are part of everyday vacation life. Ales is only 10, and Anduze only about 25 minutes from your house.

In the unique atmosphere of this lovingly furnished historic house, the vacation season can only succeed. Look forward to your stay!
