"Hotel beautiful but decor a little tired. Still in good shape! 5 Star for the hotel, 10 out of 5 Star for the staff. They were outstanding and the off season rate was unbelievable. If we return to Portugal it is on our list for staying!!"

"I stayed in this fabulous chocolate hotel in early October when I was walking on the Camino way. After a 10 mile day of walking, it was wonderful to get there and berated with a wine spritzer with chocolate shavings, delicious chocolate bar, and a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was included and was absolutely fabulous. I highly recommend this place. "
