"I recently stayed at Somerset Gaoxin Chengdu, and it was a fantastic experience! The view from our room was stunning, and the hotel’s location made it incredibly convenient—close to everything we wanted to explore in the city. The staff truly went above and beyond, making our stay unforgettable. Even with a language barrier, they were always there to help me and my wife, ensuring we felt welcome and comfortable. "It is good hotel, but the name with (Tianfu area zone ) is misleading. It gives you wrong impression, very close to airport. It is actually 40 minutes drive, once every hour. Not easy to find shuttle station ( need to know the license number of bus by phone) for traveller without chinese phone. Wifi in airport is not available for traveller without chinese phone number to get confirmation code. ESIM does not work for phone or wifi there. "

"Before our stay, the hotel staff responded very quickly to questions by email to the property. What impressed me the most was the shuttle bus driver. He was very patient and helpful when we had to have an emergency room stop before we checked in at the hotel. The hotel is older but our room was comfortable and clean. "
