"Não é um hotel nem pousada. É uma locação de chalés. Uma estadia ok, o lugar é bem simples. Piscina estava bem suja, área da churrasqueira tb, as grelhas e espetos sem limpeza já há algum tempo. A conservação do quarto deixa a desejar, o ar condicionado estava sujo, não funcionava. Precisou vir um rapaz pra desmontar e limpar, foi quem me salvou. "The Hinger Games theme park. This is one lady’s home turned into an under construction rooms with very unsafe construction. There are no staff except the owner, the same lady, who takes forever to service anything. Food is stale and the stairs are extremely dangerous. "

"Fizemos o chequin de entrada as 16hs, o quarto não havia sido liberado, esperamos 30 minutos na chuva para liberação. Eramos 3 pessoas, so tinha uma toalha de rosto, tvemos q pedir 3 toalhas de banho. O vaso sanitário, com problemas de escoamento, tive que sar 8 descargas, mais um balde d agua pros dejeto descerem. Ja o cafe, foi noutra pousada, mais requinrada , com um otimo cafe."

"A pousada infelizmente deixa muito a desejar. Atendimento ruim, ninguém explicou nada de como funcionava a pousada, a cozinha comunitária com utensílios sujos , o café da manhã terrível, só tinha duas fatias de pão e margarina . No terceiro dia começou a ter mais opções de pão. A cama era boa, mas o quarto não tinha ar condicionado , nem tv e as toalhas de banho eram velhas. "Very well located so it’s very easy to walk places, big plus. Room was good. Decent size, clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Breakfast in general was average but served its purpose. On site parking is small but the staff takes care of parking cars so you don’t have to worry. On slight negative is the amount of stairs from the main house/parking/exit to the building with the rooms. It’s not a deal breaker but it’s slightly annoying, especially at night and with luggage. Overall, would consider this place if I return to Rosa. "
