"Excellent location in the old town within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants and shops as well as the old Venetian harbour. Katerina was very welcoming and gave us so good tips for walking routes and restaurants. Our room was excellent, very clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay there again."

"The property is outstanding, very clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The exterior, pool, garden area are beautifully set up and very zen. It’s not very close to anything other than 2-3 restaurants so you need a car. But coming back to this spot after your day on the beach or any other place feels really good! "

"Very clean room. Near bus station. If you want to take a bus out of town, it's right next to the property. Very convenient to take airport bus to and from airport. "I only spent 1 night in Diana but I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s only 2mins away from the central bus stop and it’s walkable distance from city centre. The lady owner is really friendly and the place is spotless and bed was comfortable. I liked that I had kettle in my room and some complementary coffee. Great place if you want like me to explore Chania for a bit and later on move somewhere else into different part of the island. Highly recommend!"

"The property is well situation in the centre of Chania Town Square. The space (room 6) is self contained. Front desk staff are amazing, welcoming, informative. In our room, on arrival, we had fresh fruit, water, juice, wine, toiletries. Very clean and comfortable for two. I will say however that because there is a restaurant below it was quite noisy in the evening until about 11:30pm. So if you are early to bed, like we were, that was a small issue. "Outstanding property and service! The breakfast was the best I've had in Greece! The pool is clean and modern and they had free parking. The service was perfect. Highly recommend you stay here for touring Chania and the West Coast of Crete. Not too far from Balos Beach or Chania."

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues.
