Modern 3 room apartment with balcony and internet / WiFi in Meersburg

The apartment "Seeperle 3" has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a 55-inch LED TV, a modern kitchen (coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood) , Toaster, kettle, cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, etc.), Internet / WiFi, underfloor heating, washer-dryer, hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
Free parking for your car or Bicycles are available in front of the house and in a private parking lot in the underground garage.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. For the 5th and 6th A mobile guest bed would be available to one person - ideal is an occupancy for 4 people.

The location is central with all amenities nearby. The historic old town of Meersburg with the New Palace and Meersburg Castle is about a 10-minute walk away. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the lake with its ferry system and the beautiful waterfront. There are shopping opportunities in the form of Lidl, Edeka, Norma, Rewe, etc. and can also be reached on foot or by car within a very short time.

Please note that in the high season we generally only rent our apartments on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. In the low season, the minimum rental period for our apartments is 2 days and you can arrive every day.

Praktisch gelegen für Ausflüge
Praktische Lage für Ausflüge. Für zum See benötigt man schon eine gewisse Fitness, da es nur Bergab geht und mit zwei Kindern im Fahrradanhänger das hochdrücken etwas Kraft kostet. :-) Ausstattungen gut. Garagenstellplatz super. Haben ohne Problem ein zweites Schlüssel Set bekommen und konnten die Fahrräder separat unterbringen. Bäcker gegenüber, sehr gut. Ruhiges Fleckchen.

Nach freundlicher Weise,früherem Bezug der Ferienwohnung,folgte eine Entäuschung nach der anderen.Die Wohnung war leider nicht so sauber,dann wollten wir uns einen Kaffee machen,die in der Beschreibung angemerkte Kaffeemaschine war leider nicht vorhanden,nur eine kleine Padmaschine.Die Wohnung,insbesondere das Wohnzimmer war sehr abgewohnt.Die Bäder waren ,außer einer verschmutzen Toilette,modern und okay.Auf dem verschmutzten Sofa hat man nicht gerne gesessen,zumal nur vier von uns fünf Platz hatten.Der Vermieter hat direkt und freundlich reagiert und einen kleinen Nachlass gewährt.Wir fanden für den Mietpreis kann man etwas besseres erwarten.Die Fotos sind wohl schon eine ältere Version

Das Objekt ist vom Interieur und der Ausstattung sehr gut. Für uns als Familie mit Kleinkindern (3 Jahr +) aufgrund der Lage am Berg, an belebter Strasse und ca. 500 m zum Stadtzentrum nur mäßig geeignet. Wie gesagt, trifft nur uns individuell als Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Sonst alles tipp top.

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wirklich sehr sauberen Wohnung. Nur 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war tadellos. Auf Sonderwünsche ist er innerhalb wenigen Minuten eingegangen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen

sehr laut
sehr gut ausgestattete, moderne Ferienwohnung, aber leider an einer sehr lauten Kreuzung gelegen. Schlafen bei offenen Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer nicht möglich. Auch die Nutzung des Balkons ist nur eingeschränkt durch den Straßenlärm möglich. Die Fußböden waren bei Ankunft sehr verschmutzt.
