"We had a great week here in August. Large garden, lots of parking and many beaches within 30 minutes. You can walk into town along the river to get bread in the morning. The staircase to the upper floor begins in the master bedroom; we didn't mind this but some might. The owners live nearby and were very helpful. I would describe the style as shabby chic."

"Excellent séjour dans une très jolie région ! Seul manquait… le soleil !! Météo lamentable mais hélas on fait avec et on se réchauffe avec les boissons ( excellent le cidre chaud) et toute la gastronomie du coin !!"

"Nice property, clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay, but if I was the host and lived next door I would be anxious to welcome my guest not make them wait for 20 minutes on arrival. I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. Further, there was a whirlpool spar advertised which we anticipated to be a jacuzzi type bath but there was not one at the property. The stairs were quite steep and were difficult for people with mobility issues. However, I...

"Brilliant accommodation in a lovely area. Clean and spacious. Plenty to keep the whole family entertained. The pool was quite cool but great for a quick dip. The WiFi was weak or unable to connect, so you need to ensure you have data. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.The games room was a huge hit with the teens!"

Idéal pour une soirée conviviale au coin du feu et un bon dodo à l'étage ! Et super accueil de Anne, qui se fera une joie de vous partager l'histoire du lieu Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter des 14 hectares servant à la protection des animaux, nous espérons revenir une prochaine fois pour ça! "Great location and lovely hosts. Well equipped cottage although full of dust collecting objet and could do with a spring clean! Beware the steep stairs to upper loft. Not for kids or oldies. Loved the stay, the locals, the walks, the festivals and local swim spots."

"Good location near a bus stop and shops. The kitchen had a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle. There were insufficient supplies like dishwasher tablets, and toilet paper in the room for more than a day or two and the rooms were only cleaned once a week unless you paid a fee. Some of the furniture is showing signs of wear."

"Meticulously cleaning and comfortable. Yes there is scaffolding but we booked at weekend, so no workmen around. It wasn't a problem as it was for updating the exterior of the hotel. "
