"The services I have got there are so much beyond the standard of service in many 5 stars hotels I have stayed. The crew is very attentive and work hard to fix any small issues - I was waiting for food for maybe a few minutes longer than expected and the manager approached acknowledging it was late and offering me a free beer - I haven’t complained or anything! They are taking good care of the place. If there is one thing I didn’t like is the surrounding area, but that’s the price to pay and stay close to the airport."

The food and courtesy of staff was already worth recommending, but when I became sick the staff went above and beyond to support my family and me. Genuine care and compassion, with thoughtfulness and a bias for action make a BIG impact when brought together at a time when they can make such a difference to the human experience.
