Prime Location! Only 2 blocks walking from Historic Tow Square. Surrounded by Shopping, Eating, Entertainment and Events on Main Street Medina, Ohio. Visiting Historic Downtown Medina is like starring in your own Hallmark Movie!

Almost 120 years old! Beautifully decorated Home, with all of the modern amenities and convenience. Enjoy the entire house with spacious living areas, and uniquely decorated themed bedrooms! We would like to put your mind at ease. We have a professional cleaning service come to clean between each booking.
The space
Guest have Full house access, front porch and side patio.
Other things to note
There is no pool on the property. There is a Seasonal, Public Pool at Memorial Park in Medina and Daily Passes are available for purchase. It is open for the season starting May 1st and is a 10 minute walk and 2 minute drive for our guests. For more information about the public pool at Memorial Park, hours and purchasing Day Passes, please visit medinaoh. org

NEW FIRE PIT, outdoor SOLO Fire pit available. Wood is not provided. Smaller cut pieces are recommended, as they fit the SOLO size better. OUTDOOR GRILL: Please bring charcoal if you plan to use the Outdoor Grill. We do our best to make sure there is charcoal available, and other guests often leave some behind. However, it is not guaranteed.

This is a No Smoking/No Vaping Home.

There are no pets allowed on the premises. If we find a guest has brought a pet, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Forgot something during your stay? V.I.P. Mini Mart is a locally owned store a half a block (2 minutes walk) from Broadway House.

Great girl getaway
Great house! Very spacious and comfortable for all six of us girls! Located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Medina’s town square and shops. Wonderful side yard where we sat around the fire and made s’mores. Slight problem with the tv remote, but host was quick to answer our call and help resolve the situation. Would DEFINITELY recommend and stay here again!

Great location!
The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! The outside courtyard was cozy with the fire pit. The house was within walking distance to local restaurants. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely rent again if we came back to Ohio!

Downtown Treasure
Wonderful place to stay! From the minute we entered our family enjoyed our stay. The rooms were fun, all enjoyed that they were individually named. We were able to sit outside on the patio with a nice fire in the Solo stove. Highly recommend this home.

Annual Miller Sisters' Weekend in Medina, OH
This home is large, well equipped and worked out very well for our annual Miller Sisters' weekend. We are 6 sisters who go away for a weekend every year in honor of our late parents. The home is clean, plenty of towels and hot water with good water pressure in both showers. The bedrooms were all decorated with different themes, and the little things they thought of made our stay even more enjoyable. Every one of the 6 bedrooms had a mirror, dresser with drawers, windows, closets (at least one per room), comfortable bedding and bedside charging stations on every night stand. We have stayed in many rental properties over the last 25 years and sometimes bedrooms don't have windows or closets, some don't even have real beds, but not this home. The updates make the home more efficient without taking away from the home's 100 year old charm. Downtown Medina shops and restaurants have beautiful architecture, with most of the businesses keeping the style as charming as it was in the 1920's. They have a wonderful Farmer's Market right on the Square on Saturday's during the summer season. We would recommend this home to anyone who has a large number of guests and needs lots of room and some privacy too. Medina is a very walk-able town, and you are only 2 blocks from the square.

Terrific home away from home for larger families
This is a wonderful place to stay. It was located so close to town - easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. The home was very clean and had an incredible amount of room for the family to hang out and spend time together. The kitchen is well stocked for your cooking needs, and lots of parking available. Checking in and out was easy, and communicating with the hosts was a breeze. We would definitely return in the future.
