"The staff were amazing here. Especially Joel at the valet services, he is top notch! The staff make this place truly enjoyable, it is clean and safe. Prices for food/drink are expensive but thats what you get in this area and similar to other parts. Highly recommend going across the street for some of the small places to eat like the taco place directly across or Kane. Also walk down to the lagoon and check for manatee! "

"Not sure what the negative comments were all about, the resort is nice. Has some age showing but its not obvious. Front desk young lady at checkin was super! Helped with all kinds of things, very friendly . Our 5th floor "cheap" room in the Wave Building with balcony is quite nice. Still can see ocean beyond a roof below. We did not eat at the hotel restaraunts or buy drinks. Average food entres are 25 to 40 bucks. There is a great local bar/eatery across the street with a good assortment menu i'd recommend. Its very casual with outdoor seating Pools are well maintained and the manmade beach/cove secludes you from the waves and wind. There is no airport or cruise shuttle. Uber is very reasonable or a taxi. Taxi from airport was 30 with tip. Uber is definitely cheaper. Overall its a 4 out of 5 "

"Left the balcony door open every night to listen to the waves. The restaurant is run by a third party though and would definitely not recommend. Go into town for great food and the front desk will be more than happy to point out some GREAT spots."
