"This hotel was the worst hotel I've stayed at. We arrive and at check in the receptionist was rude. Did not tell us any info for wifi etc. The bathroom was full of black mold. The room was musty. The sink broke during our stay. We made them aware we were unhappy but there was nothing they could do for us. If the city wasnt fully booked we would have moved hotels and took the loss. Extremely disappointed. "

"This is located in an industrial area. So on the weekend it is fenced so if you did not book directly with the hotel you don’t have the proper reservation number required to open the gate. There’s a button to click on to get some help that is not working. So I ended up calling them and from that point all was good. The place is very clean and the room pretty small. The only reason to stay there is that it is cheap and close to the airport. "

"It was/is ideal for events that are held at the Groupama stade in Lyon. Within in easy walking distance of the stade and trams for Lyon centre. Also there is a beer cave on the way! Along with a Boulangerie, grand frais(veg etc)and a supermarket very close by. Parking excellent and easy access and secure. Downside we had breakfast but the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold but the othe breakfast items were many and varied."

A pleasant FOH team but not the mgmt and housekeep
"Mgmt team please At least provide proper tissue box - I have to go all the way to the supermarket to get one . I dont know what fragrance was sprayed in the room. Have they consider people with allergic to scent ? I was blowing my nose through the night as am super allergy to small The best part were the receptionist team! They are super helpful and readily to help! Good job for the FOH team !!! Housekeeping must buckle up as the room is pretty dusty! "
