I had a situation with Luna Cafe, which is the restaurant on the property. I ordered one item, but then was charged two times later in the evening for items I didn’t buy. When I tried to get some help from the front desk and the restaurant, they just told me there was no one on site who could help. We had to leave the hotel early to get to our destination, and they told me the manager would call me. No one has called. I had to deal with the issue by calling my bank. I used to really love staying at this hotel on our drive from California to Washington, but it has really changed recently, with a ridiculous resort fee, among other changes. And today’s lack of helpfulness has made me feel like I don’t want to stay there anymore.

Sadly, we had very noisy neighbors. It was a but aged. The breakfast was sparse; eggs, no bacon, weak coffee, completely brown bananas. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I wanted to stay in the main building as I was traveling alone. I was not able to do so. I was also not impressed with the breakfast. There was not a meat to go with my eggs. I have enjoyed staying here in the past and will look at all my options next time I am in Ashland.
