The property location is great - located in Manila and close to some amazing restaurants and a fantastic coffee shop. The windows are paper thin and we barely had a full night's sleep because you could hear all the traffic, and partying outside. The breakfast that's included is ok. I was expecting better coffee since we're in Colombia, but what was more disappointing was the service. The main cook didn't really make you feel welcome. The front desk staff though were excellent. Overall, if you're looking for a place to rest your head for about 4-5 hours a night (starting after midnight) and want to eat off property, then this hotel is great specifically for its location.

My only problem was the level of noise so late out on the street. The glass in windows is not thick enough to block it would. I could hear loud people early in the morning, and had to use ear plugs.

Delightful hotel in lovely Manila
We arrived late at night and even in a small hotel there was staff there to greet us, except payment, arrange for us to secure our room, and answer any questions. The room was very industrial as others have described it and had great corner full floor-to-ceiling windows on two of the four sides of the room. The bathroom was lovely, the place clean, the breakfast staff friendly in the morning, and the checkout easy. Never before in my life have I felt guilty paying so little for a hotel room. It was an extraordinary value. It's in a fantastic location.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, and breakfast is included. Just a note- the rooms are very small and walls can be thin. The first night they had a special event on the rooftop that included super loud music. Second night was quiet. Didn’t bother me too much- probably much quieter and a better quality than other hotels near Poblado.

Hotel is located in a great neighborhood. Close to some great restaurants. We had a corner room and the noise from the street was almost unbearable. People partying all night and cars passing. The room was really small. No blanket on the bed. I would have rated this hotel higher if the noise hadn’t been so bad. Felt like no frills. Felipe was great at the front desk.

Some pluses, some minuses
The pluses: Room was comfortable and very reasonably priced. Location is good to see Medellin. Breakfast was fine. Aircon, wifi and hot water all good. The negatives: Walls are thin. I could make out conversation in next room. Significant street noise (I was on 2nd floor). Originally on 5th floor (way less noise) but had to move as when it rained the roof leaked. They were good about moving me but I was awakened early by dripping water on the bed and having to pack and repack was a pain. Laundry rates are a ripoff (I did not use at those rates) and be warned the water in the fridge is not free.
