The apartment was lovely, though we only stayed one night. We wanted an early arrival but our email requests were not answered. Expedia also tried to contact the hosts but again without success. The concierge staff at reception put our luggage into storage for a couple of hours and we received an email saying the apartment was ready around 12.30. We were prepared to pay extra or even book the previous night but the lack of contact excluded any chance to explore these options. Pity!

El alojamiento estuvo genial. Apartamento limpio, bonita vista desde la ventana, en buen estado. El personal de recepción siempre fue muy amable y el proceso de check-in fue sencillo. La ubicación también está muy buena, zona tranquila y muy cerca de 2 de los principales centros comerciales de la ciudad. El café de coworking es muy útil para esos días dónde toca trabajar remoto, lo único malo es que los equipos del gym están en mal estado y se vuelve incómodo usarlo. De resto, todo muy bien. Volvería a quedarme sin problemas.

I didn’t like some of the paint was a mess on the walks and dirty around the air conditioner. The cord to the sun shade in the bedroom was broken off.

Long wait for check in, Raymond in charge to give us the key was not ready. We stayed 6 nights they had left only 2 small towels and a small roll of toilet paper with no phone at room or any contact information.
