Tomen nota que este hotel esta en un area completamente peligrosa, area de mucho transito y mucho ruido esta cerca de la estacion del metro san antonio caminando unos 12 min y de un area de compras llamada el hueco, el hotel adentro es bueno las habitaciones no todas tienen aire acondicionado me tocaron con abanico y tuve que hacer el reclamo el area de la piscina tiene un rooftop que no solo es para los que nos hospedamos si no que en la noche es un bar donde llega muchisima gente ajena al hotel y es peligroso, el desayuno cumple con la tarifa. La atencion de la srta Laura en el turno de noche es lo unico rescatable de la atencion y tambien el chico que ayuda a subir las maletas. El hotel no cuenta con un vigilante o policias.

Terrible experiencia, inhabitable es la palabra correcta para este "hotel" tuvimos que conseguir otro hospedaje en otro lado, las fotos que manejan en la app de Expedia son falsas en realidad el lugar está deplorable, no debería estar hablirado para dar ningún servicio, terrible experiencia, aparte super peligrosa la zona llega de gente drogada.
