Unbeatable location and great space.

Very nice stay at Aparta. Thrilled with the location and loved having the kitchenette and large living area. View from 18th floor was wonderful. We also loved having a market so close because I have Celiac disease (no gluten) so rely on groceries a lot when I travel. Stairway got a little noisy a few times, but no big deal overall.

We stayed in Affinity Aparta in December 2018. We were completely blown away 1. Bang on location close to all the malls 2. Very friendly staff 3. Excellent staff 4. It's actually a full-fledged luxury apartment. Probably first instance where I was undersold and over-delivered. Don't think of any other place if you want to stay in Medellin.

On December 31 st. Me and my cousin got stock in the elevator and had to wait a good 45 minutes before we could get out. We could not understand a word of Spanish and they kept talking to us in Spanish and no one was there to Translate to us. Finally they pulled us out from in between the floors 8 and 9 of the elevator with the help from the hotel staffs. This situation was very stressful for us both. On January 2nd. as we got back from lunch were surprised to see a repair man in our kitchen replacing the damaged trim on the floor. The smell of the glue was so strong that we had to leave the room. Overall we are very disappointed with the service.

Awesome place

Very friendly staff and nice big rooms in a great area. The breakfast was really good and I would highly recommend this hotel. It was right across from a mall and great food in the area.

Problemas con agua caliente en las duchas

Todo muy bien, excepto que cuando ambas duchas están funcionando dejar de salir agua caliente. Es un problema en todas las habitaciones ya que no tienen sistema centralizado y cada apartamento tiene un calentador electrónico con muy poco flujo.
