Für Gruppen ok, für Familienurlaub nicht so wirklich...
Das Objekt ist soweit in Ordnung. Es ist wohl eine alte Schule oder Kindergarten oder sowas. Dadurch gibt es große Räume. Die Betten naja, die Hälfte sind Stockbetten, was in Ordnung wäre, aber die sind so klein, dass es ein Problem ist da rein zu kriechen, da das obere Bett recht tief ist und die sind auch nicht breit und lang. Die Füße steckten teilweise bei uns darüber hinaus. Die Aufenthaltsräume sind gut und groß. Die Küche ist teilweise eine Gastroküche und teilweise normale Geräte. Alles ein enig in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem auch das gesprungene Glaskeramikkochfeld, dessen Strom-Zuleitung mit Gaff-Tape umwickelt ist. Ob das Brandschutzkonform ist sei mal dahingestellt. In der Küche fehlen Pfannen. Es gibt nur eine größere, was für Gruppenreisen dann doch zu wenig ist. Es gibt 4 Duschen. Eine große (riesige) im EG und 3 kleine im Keller. Alle soweit ok. Direkt neben (an) dem Haus ist ein Sportplatz und ein Spielplatz. Das ist sehr nett. Der "Garten" ist nur ein asphaltierter Hof. Für die Gartenstühle (bunter Mix) fehlen Polster. Es gibt zudem ein Grill. Das ist ein 43er Weber Grill - auch für Gruppenreisen zu klein. Unsere Empfehlung ist: Für Gruppenreisen (wir waren eine Männertour) durchaus geeignet. Für Familienurlaub fehlt doch die Gemütlichkeit.
