This is a cozy 1-bedroom apartment for 3 people in the town of Medebach in Germany. Known for its well-marked hiking trails, the region offers great sporting opportunities in both summer and winter.

You can take a high ropes course only 9 km away or head to centreParcs 8 km away for subtropical swimming. Abgelegen aber gut
Eigentlich war alles in Ordnung. Bei den Aussentemperaturen Mitte Oktober hätte die Heizung funktionieren können. Wenigstens im Bad, damit man auch duschen kann.

Tolle Lage und sehr sauber
Wir sind als dreiköpfige Familie mit Kleinkind angereist. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein, sie hat 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn-essbereich mit einem großen Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist super sauber gewesen, man konnte sprichwörtlich vom Boden essen. Auch die Lage ist toll. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem verschlafenen Örtchen mittem im tiefstem Sauerland. Hier findet man vor der Haustüre Wanderwege und Wald. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist dass der Check in so schlecht funktioniert hat. Die Gastgeberin war privat unterwegs und wir konnten Sie per Handy nicht erreichen als wir anreisten, obwohl wir zur abgesprochenen Uhrzeit ankamen. Wir haben dann ca 30 min vor der Unterkunft gewartet bis die Gastgeberin endlich zur Schlüsselübergabe bereit war. Nach einer langen Autofahrt mit Kleinkind ist das unangenehm und wir waren direkt enttäuscht. In der Unterkunft gab es auch nicht ausreichend Klopapier, nur eine Rolle für 3 Personen und 4 Nächte. In jedem günstigen Hotel bekommt man Klopapier gestellt, aber hier hat das leider nicht geklappt. Dafür mussten wir dann extra nochmal in den nächsten Ort einkaufen fahren. Unterm Strich würden wir die Unterkunft als OK bezeichnen. Für den nächsten Sauerland Urlaub greifen wir dann aber gerne tiefer in den Geldbeutel für mehr Service und mehr Platz.

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung
Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber, wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Check in war auch unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 20 Minuten von Winterberg entfernt und ist gut zu erreichen. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir waren zum Skispringen in Willingen , mega Stimmung, kann ich nur empfehlen.
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber,alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett riesig und sehr bequeme Matratze wir haben super darauf geschlafen. Fermieterin war sehr freundlich wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühl. Würden die Wohnungen sofort wieder mieten.

Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht. Sauberkeit ist top. Die Begrüßung war freundlich, auch der zwischenzeitliche Kontakt war sehr sympathisch. Die Umgebung ist toll für Wanderungen geeignet und sehr ruhig. Zum Einkaufen, Bäcker, etc. muss man etwas fahren, das muss man wissen. Wenn man diese ruhige Lage und Abgeschiedenheit aber mag, ist diese Ferienwohnung hervorragend geeignet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen wieder.

We would like to say a big thank you to Bettina and Michael Steden-the owners! 🙏🏻 We had a great time, unfortunately there wasn’t any snowfall in the surrounding areas but there was a snow in some slopes.The family were waiting for us-even though we arrived 2 hours early than the normal check in time.The flat was spotless clean and tidy, the heating was really good.There was everything you need to in the kitchen except microwave. Very quiet area, couple of friendly cows at the back😊! The only thing which is wrongly advertised is the distance-it is not 2km from Winterberg!!! It is about 20km!!! We had our own car and there wasn’t any problem to go every day to the slopes and Winterberg, but if you don’t have a transport it will be an issue. Overall it was a lovely break and we are planning to come back! Alles gute 😊 The Dezhev family

De ontvangst was prima. Alles werd uitgelegd. Het appartement was netjes en schoon. De woning ligt in een dorpje waar geen voorzieningen zijn. De dichtstbijzijnde bakker is een dorp verderop 3 km. Een supermarkt is nog verder 8 km. Alleen mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten is op een klein terras voor de woning.
