"We stayed for a night and had a wonderful time. The check-in was smooth and the reception staff were very friendly. Our room was so nice: the bed was big and comfortable, the room was really quiet, the shower was large, and there were shampoos/ conditioner/ body wash from Rituals. We had food at the Bistro which wasn't the cheapest (about 25 euros each), but the food was really good. "The hotel had a great location and the bed was fantastic. Also our interaction with the staff was pleasant. What needs a lot of improvement is cleanliness. Maybe the lack of a sufficient number of employees is the reason that is lacking. Breakfast was for that reason also badly taken care of.
