It was great for the price but very inconvenient if you are looking to go to the haram often. Some services were great such as breakfast. Bus service was decent when going to haram but coming back was a pain. Took forever. No charging ports by the beds. Called for help and the the guy said go buy long cord plug ins so you can plug in the chargers.

I came to this hotel 2 days before my umrah group and told the receptionist that my group was two days behind me under a different reservation. I was assured that my room would be the same and that my reservations could be merged together no problem…..so I spent my first 2 days in a room in tower 4 with two king beds, however before my group came 2 days later I was told I had to leave the room and wait for the group to come. After waiting I was moved to tower 6 which was very gloomy and the room had a stanch to it. The shuttle actually brings you to another bus stop which numerous hotels use. I found people fighting to get on buses (I wish I could upload a pic of the madness). I decided to end my stay early and give my room to another person in my group. Overall the stay was a horrible experience for me and my family, but trying to be just maybe everyone else’s experience isn’t the same as mine. Personally I won’t stay there again nor recommend it.

"The hotel, in terms of buildings, furniture, and available services, is excellent and provides a comfortable stay. However, there is a major issue with the level of service. The staff at the reception and in the Sion restaurant are unprofessional and inadequately trained. Their behavior was inappropriate and does not reflect the professional image that a hotel of this caliber should have. Unfortunately, this negatively affects the hotel’s and management’s reputation, and it needs a significant improvement to ensure a better experience for guests."

Room it self was very nice. Had a big family with us expected to be on the same floor but was on to different floors. Staff did not seem friendly or welcoming at all especially at reception and cafe area on lower ground floor. Had 500 rials in notes wouldnt accept in any shop in the mall or change at reception such a big hotel and cannot provide change or accept the 500 rial note thats really poor! Wouldnt recommend to anyone!
