"This is an experience rather than a hotel stay. From the moment we parked we were looked after by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were great, we had suite which was fully furnished in art deco style but with up to date touches; coffee machine. Underfloor heating. "

"Lovely modern clean hotel, perfect for exploring the city, rooms a little on the small side but fine for a short break. Would definitely stay again. The only slight negative there was that an event on in the foyer one night which was very busy & struggled to get access to & from the main entrance, especially guests with their suitcases & dogs. Reception never informed us so we were unaware of the times to avoid. "

"Lovely staff and great location 8 mins walk from the Barbican. Ni e shower in the family room they had a double and the single in a separate room. The double bed was huge and very very comfy got a great sleep"
