Silver Creek Cottage near the dunes and beaches

Great location for all things Silver Lake. If you love exploring the dunes, sunsets on Lake Michigan, and kayaking this is the spot for you!
Quaint 960 sq ft ranch style cottage with a great open feel along with a spacious private backyard. Lake Michigan is only 1.5 miles away and there is channel access about 400 feet away at the end of Channel Lane and Silver Lake access points not far away. 30 miles north is Ludington and Muskegon is 40 miles south.
Make this your Silver Lake get away!

Please note: This home was built in the 70’s. It is not perfect and has some quirks. It is in the process of being updated.
This home does not have central air. A window AC is available along with two fans.

Excellent location if you want to hit the dunes!
Close to all of the activities you would want to check out and just a short drive to the dune entrance if you have toys to ride on the dunes!
