MI Vaca is a charming new home that promises the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.  This home is wheelchair accessible with a barrier free entrance.  It also has a 36" entry door, bedroom door and master bath door!  This home is located near the iconic Silver Lake Sand Dunes, offering easy access to the dune rides, hiking trails and any water activity you desire!  Nestled in the serene beauty of Silver Lake, you will be sure to have a memorable vacation!

This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with stand up shower!  Bedroom 2 features a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two twin bunk beds.  This spacious home features a great kitchen island with ample counter space, open floor plan, all one floor living (no stairs) and is thoughtfully decorated to provide a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.  Enjoy the natural beauty surrounding MI Vaca from the relaxing private patio out back or deck out front.  This home is not pet friendly.

Silver Lake is located in Mears, Michigan and offers shorelines along Lake Michigan and Silver Lake. While vacationing here you won't want to miss out on the experiences that the massive Silver Lake Sand Dunes have to offer. Rent a jeep of your own or head over to Mac Wood's Dune Rides for an adventurous ride on the sand dunes. Nearby is the Hart-Montague Bicycle Trail that will take you along 22.5 miles of scenic routes. The quaint little town of Pentwater is located just north of the Silver Lake area. Pentwater is the epitome of small-town charm with its shops, food, and ice cream.  Don't forget to grab breakfast at Cherry Point, where they offer homemade donuts and treats daily. Cute place!
Perfect place for us (event planners) to stay for a wedding weekend in Shelby. Having a washer and dryer and dishwasher was key and the short distance to the venue was perfect! The cleanliness was very important to us as well - we didn't have time to re-clean a unit like we have at other rentals in the past - so relieved that we didn't have to! THANK YOU for everything - you made our stay stress-free! Pros: Clean, comfortable beds, washer/dryer, dishwasher, location, 2Bed 2Bath, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, FANS! Yes! Modern design, comfortable furnishings, TV, Internet, quiet neighborhood, back yard and large driveway (concrete, nice!) Cons: The smoke detector was beeping all night - had to replace batteries in the morning. Lighting throughout is too cold and bright. Warm lighting is more inviting - LED daylights are a big turn-off for us. There are no draperies in the living areas - need something to cut the inside noise - very loud bouncing off the walls. Strange kitchen layout - stove, sink and refrigerator are all very tight and stools are placed there - there's no way anyone can sit there. Dishes and silverware were also placed in not so convenient areas. No coffee or swag (lol) also, no dining table to eat together or play cards/board games. One more thing - the management company drive-bys at 9ish-am and again at checkout time was not necessary. Just my two cents - Overall, everything was wonderful! Thanks again!

Peaceful and quiet off season stay
This property is awesome A little more silverware and bedside lamps is all it needs Our stay was off-season so alot of restaurants were closed but we found places The "beach" is tiny and not suitable for children to play but there are so many amazing ones a few minutes drive it did not matter Definitely recommend it!!!

Nice new house
Loved the layout of the house. No stairs were perfect for my toddlers. Only complaint would be the mattress is the front room is very thin and kind of hard. But other than that we had a great time here.

Nice house
The house was very nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The living room/ kitchen area was all open with plenty of seating. The back patio was nice and had a Blackstone, a gas grill and a nice fire ring in the outdoor area. Enjoyed our time with our adult children and their spouses.

Beautiful, spacious and relaxing place by in quiet neighborhood near silver lake sand dunes park. We had plenty of space inside and outside that met our needs. Communication with owners was top notch. We hope to book again next year.

Beautiful place for families
This place is beautiful. Modern, fresh and perfect for our vacation to Silver Lake Sand Dunes. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Back patio was amazing with enough space for the kids to play and we enjoyed the firepit. Only thing is make sure you bring towels. This was our first VRBO stay and we didn't bring bath towels after being assured they would be provided, but 7 bath towels for 6 people for 5 nights wasn't enough. We did bring laundry soap but had to do laundry quite a bit to keep us in clean towels. nights was wouldprovided

Loved our time at mi Vaca! Very clean and spacious. Nothing negative I could say. Especially loved watching the robot lawnmower every morning lol
