"My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Some of the workers there kindly called someone to come after waiting for 15 minutes. I think it would be a lot more...

The entire resort is extremely dated, dirty, the food available at the buffet is horrible, very basic and staff is extremely rude. This hotel is highly overpriced and I wouldn’t suggest it to my worst enemy."
