"We recently stayed at another DoubleTree and had a perfect experience, so our expectations were admittedly high for our Bakersfield stay. We weren't offered their warm cookies upon arrival, the hotel felt like it needed a little attention to paint touch-ups, etc, and the breakfast was not as plentiful as other Doubletrees. We did have a lovely stay, with comfortable beds, good service, and clean rooms."
