Kitchen is fully stocked. office, laundry rm. TVs in every Bedroom, 65" wide TV, DISH & streaming movies. Big fire pit w/wood. 3 acre meadow has privacy & big sky views. Fenced play yards. Charcoal grill. Garage, carport, RV pad, circle drive. Easy access off Hwy 70. 1 mi to Lake Texoma, 10 mi to Choctaw Casino

Easy access off Hwy 70. 6th home on the left. Quiet country meadow with mature trees 1.5 miles from Lake Texoma near Willow Springs Marina. Beautiful moon rise and sun sets.

You have full access to home, many parking spaces and the adjacent secluded meadow. firepit, tree swing. Sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous here in the country.

Master has 4 poster Queen bed. Windows have black out draperies. 2nd Bedroom has 4 poster Queen bed with private bath. 3rd bedroom has low Queen Bed with 2 extra bunk beds and shared hall bath. All bedrooms have TVS

Ample parking with huge circle drive, RV pad, carport, 2 car garage and flex space.

The location was perfect for our needs. The kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. The double bed in the kids room did sag in the middle,the other 2 beds were very comfortable. The house was nicely decorated,clean,and very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Great! Only one hiccup, the property advertised hot tub or spa, but we did not find one. Make it two hiccups, two really high beds, but only one set of steps. The place was wonderful. Basically four co-workers went to see concert at Choctaw Theater in Durant. Three bedrooms and three baths fit the bill perfectly. All kinds of perks in kitchen, like coffee and filters, and condiments in fridge. Nice glasses and dishes, not the usual cheap stuff in rentals. We all really enjoyed the space. Deer and turkeys in back lot.

My husband and I rented this property for a family funeral/reunion with two grown children, their spouses and two granddaughters. We could not have been happier, especially compared to the properties other family members rented. This home is outstanding! Location, the vast property with outdoor perching, the home's spacious interior and comfortable furnishings, fabulous beds, and an extremely well-equipped kitchen! All of it! Our hosts were readily available for a few questions too. Great location
The house was spacious, clean and in a great location for visiting surrounding area. The host was great to work with and responded quickly when we had questions. We also love having a garage to park our trike in when not riding. We didnt get a chance to sit out on the back patio as it was cool and often misty out during our stayed. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Nice home.
We enjoyed our stay in this house. Our family is on its 6th yr of an annual trip to this area and this is the nicest home we have stayed in this price range. Near the main hwy and only a short drive to Durant but right between 3 nice boat ramps. TV’s in every room and nice kitchen area. Big living room with lots of seating plus a big dining table adjoining the living room. Perfect for our needs.

Perfect for a family trip!
We had extended family with us for a trip to Durant / Choctaw Nation. House was super nice and had LOTS of space for people to stay. We didn't have time to use the kitchen, but it was big and would have been perfect for a large meal prep. Large living area with hugh TV also a plus. Multiple bathrooms comes in handy with large families. Would definitely book again!
