Reservation Process (IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ)
1. AT BOOKING: Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement. This will trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information Email to be automatically sent. **Door Codes cannot be released without an e-signed agreement. (If you do not see the Rental Agreement in your email, check your spam folder.)
2. ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: Check email for your Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code and other important info.
3. CHECK-IN DAY: Check-in time is after 4 pm. (Be sure to contact us prior to 4 pm if you have not received the Pre-Arrival email, home address, and/or door entry codes.)
4. UPON ARRIVAL: Locate the Home Binder, next to the coffee pot, to find Amenity Access & Info, Wifi Passwords, House Rules, and other important information for your stay.
Important To Know
· Not all homes have all amenities, including but not limited to: A/C, Cable, Dock, Fireplace, Hot Tub, etc. Management Co. is not responsible for errors made by online listing agents.
· NOT ALLOWED: Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Unsupervised Minors, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit (Undisclosed PET FEE will be charged at 3x the advertised pet fee)
· WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; Please plan to bring all paper products, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy allowed.)
· WINTER RESERVATIONS: All booking arrivals between November through April should be prepared for winter weather conditions; please come prepared to drive on mountainous roads in these conditions. A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals during this season. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
· CHECK-IN: after 4 pm / CHECKOUT: by 10 am
