This spacious home is the perfect place for the whole family, featuring an open floor plan with a stunning double-sided stone fireplace that connects the ample living room and den. Large windows flood the space with natural light, and the fully equipped kitchen is ready to assist in creating memorable family dinners. The furnished deck, complete with a hot tub and double-tiered balcony, offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Enjoy a CARC Membership with access to a pool, hot tubs, and gym facilities.

The main level serves as the hub for entertaining, featuring two living areas, beamed ceilings, and plenty of seating for sharing meals. Two bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV, provide comfortable accommodations for everyone. For those young at heart looking to burn off some energy, the lower level boasts an air hockey table and a flatscreen TV. When it’s time to hit the hay, retreat to the upper level where three bedrooms await, including the impressive primary suite complete with a private balcony.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Comfortable Stay
The home was very comfortable to stay in, nicely updated and the layout was perfect for us to spread out. The listing had a christmas tree in the photos so my kids were disappointed there was not a tree in the house. One of the front doors to the house does not lock so that made us a little uneasy at first.

Nice but could have been better
The property is listed by Vacasa on VRBO; you CANNOT communicate w. owner! We felt like we lost some of our privacy due to the arrival of the boat owner & unexpected hot tub tech. We were not able to access the property on time and could not use the hot tub for the entire duration of our short stay. The ultimate experience could have been better. The house was immaculate inside and cleaned by just one person! Amazing. The home is nicely decorated, loved the windows and the amount of light. The beds are comfortable, with lots of blankets and extra pillows. The bathrooms are nice too. There appeared to be a miscommunication between Vacasa & cleaner about our arrival date. We arrived & the cleaner was still in process, didn't expect us til the next day, & needed an hour to finish. This was frustrating-we arrived @ 4 pm ready to unpack & prep for a dinner res. w/out rushing. Vacasa said firewood & hairdryers are not provided, but both are on-site. There are 2 coffee makers: Keurig & Mr. Coffee w. a cone filter. The musty-smelling basement is supposed to be an additional sleeping area/game room. Due to smell, none of us went down there, let alone used the sleeper sofa! We paid the hot tub fee; but on the last day of a short trip, the hot tub tech came, took almost 2 hours servicing the tub & replaced such a significant amount of water that it took more than 6 hrs. to reheat! We lost the last day of use! Very disappointing. Boat slip is rented & railing is loose at doc.

Fantastical Beautiful Wonderful
It could not have been more perfect. It was literally perfect in every way. We celebrated our 40th anniversary at this house. Our view from the bedroom was simply magical! We had a surprise ing two days of snow and watching the snowfall from every angle was stunning. The kitchen was very well equipped and just all the unexpected extra complimentary things was great! The hot tub was so nice in the snow. Everything about this property down to the location is perfect perfect perfect. We already envision coming back with a group or two Since there are 5 beautiful bedrooms and four bathrooms. Anyone would be happy here.!!!

Great overall stay
Really nice seems to be recently renovated property.... Good for a family or group of friends! Really nice fireplace and wood stove to keep the place warm along with a heating unit it each room.
