Family ski Vacation
Wonderful stay at this beautiful home just minutes away from Wisp Ski Resort! The house had a great layout for our large family with multiple ages and it had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back!

Ideal Location and Setup
The rental was a great combination of location, amenities, layout, and price. Adults and children had plenty of room for communal space and private bedrooms/bathrooms. The outside fireplace was perfect to unwind and enjoy the scenic lakefront views.

We had a blast at the property. Waking up to the sunrise of the lake each day was a treat. Plenty of space for us all, never felt crowded. The hot tub was not working the day we got there, but it was resolved very quickly the following morning. Overall, we very happy.

Wonderful Ski Weekend!
We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends! The property was beautiful, and the location was ideal - right on the lake and a short drive to the mountain. We skied and snowboarded at Wisp, enjoyed the hot tub with the lake view, relaxed by both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking for a large group. The house itself was a perfect setup for several families with young children. The owners were accommodating and very responsive. We loved the time we spent there and would definitely return for another visit!

Awesome week at the lake
We had a great week at Deep Creek Lake, the Loch Baile house was a perfect house for our family. We had 5 families 10 adult with 7 grandkids, the house was just the right size, with plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and rec room downstairs, we rented a Pontoon boat that we docked at the house all week One of the unexpected highlights was seeing 5 black bears cross thru the yard in front and in the woods and multiple deer. I would Highly recommend staying at Loch Baile, The Red Barn team was amazing and very responsive we loved the Concierge service it was awesome to get there to a fully stocked kitchen

Best Get-Away
Our stay at Loch Baile was fantastic--guest-friendly, welcoming, lots of fun, and allowed for making great memories! The house was spacious with great amenities! Loved the fireplace on the deck! The customer service of the Red Barn team was top-notch and above expectations. Having never been to Deep Creek before their information on places to go and things to enjoy were valuable. We enjoyed white water rafting at Ohio Pyle and a tour of several local establishments by party bus for good food, drinks, music and fun! Thank you Lori and the Red Barn Vacation Team!

One of our favorites
We mostly come up to the lake to ski, and a few years back, we decided that lakefront is still the best place to be for ski trips, especially when the lake freezes over. Sadly, this winter's weather made the lake more conducive to swimming than to hockey, but we still had a great weekend at Loch Baile, spending a good bit of time at the outside fireplace. The house was super clean and well equipped, with plenty of space for 3 families to cook, eat, drink, play pool, relax and watch the Super Bowl. This was our second stay at Loch Baile, and it ranks as one of our favorites.

Perfect Deep Creek property
The house was perfect for our long weekend trip to Deep Creek. Outside there was lots of wooded property for the kids to explore and keep busy and being right on the lake with a private dock was key to our vacation. We also utilized both the fire ring and the outdoor fire place on the patio which were perfect for the fall evenings. Inside there was plenty of space to spread out but the house was well equipped for everyone to share meals and spend time together without feeling cramped. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked kitchens we've ever experienced in a vacation rental. Everything we could possibly need was available. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and very well maintained. We definitely plan to return.

This property was extremely well maintained. I am a bit of a stickler with cleanliness and often times clean a property before I can feel at home. I often wash the bedding too. Everything was wonderful and there was no need to do any cleaning...just enjoy the property. This was our first time to the area and we didn't even leave the house because we were so content there. The kitchen was well stocked as we did lots of cooking at the home. We loved the fire pit area and fireplaces. We will be back!!! Thank you for maintaining and sharing a beautiful property!

Loch Baile
Loch Baile was one of the best vacations home we've rented in DCL. The location was perfect, the size of the home was perfect and the cleanliness of the home was perfect. Check in was smooth as well as check out. Communication with Red Barn throughout our stay was perfect. They were so responsive and helpful. My only complaint was the unclear credit card processing charge. The communication was vague, I was unhappy to learn I was charged each time my card was processed. My solution to this problem would be to include the credit card fee into the overall total price of the rental, especially since we were splitting the cost among 4 families. This would have been much more helpful than being charged additionally.

Amazing bachelorette party weekend
A lovely place to spend the weekend! Our weather was less than ideal, but lots of room to spread out inside the home made up for it. We had a group of 11 women (ages 16-63), and the house was almost too big for what we needed (a good problem to have). The covered outdoor hot tub made up for our rainy weather, as well. Verizon cell service totally sucks in the Deep Creek Lake area, however, Wi-Fi coverage was excellent throughout the house and the front and backyard. House is spotless. Bed linens were great. Kitchen was fantastic - roomy, well-stocked. Easy check-in and check-out process. Management company (red barn vacations) was very responsive and helpful with any need I had (which wasn’t much). The property manager will text you a link to a thorough “Property Guide” a few days before your stay. This property guide was great - had all the information you’ll need for your stay. Be sure to check out ALL 3 bubble tabs at the top of the guide - all are full of helpful information - not a waste of your time to read beforehand. Highly recommend this place and this management company.

Perfect house
This was a wonderful place! The house is beautiful with lots of great amenities. There is an extra triple bunk room not listed, perfect for boys staying in the basement instead of sleeping on couches. We brought our boat and easily used the dock provided for the house. We had hoped to be able to swim and enjoy the water at the dock, but it is a very busy and somewhat shallow area. Swimming is more pleasant when the lake is not so busy and while keeping in mind the seaweed is not out to get you. A beautiful House with great communicatuon from owners.
