3. PARKING - All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.
Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive and the Hopkins Park parking lot located at 1977 Massanutten Drive.
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.
5. POOL PASSES – Available for all guests. If lost, guests would be charged $200 for the replacement.
6. BEAR SMART COMMUNITY REMINDER – To help prevent visits from bears: From April to November to remove all birdfeeders, keep grills in garage; keep trash in garage until trash pickup day (Mondays) or take to the dumpsters located at the Pool Parking Lot.
7. FIREWISE COMMITTEE REMINDER – Open Fires are not permitted within the Village. Per the MPOA Rules, an “Open Fire” is any outdoor fire that is not covered or screened to prevent sparks from escaping. A grill is not considered an open fire. A camp fire is an example of an open fire. If you have any additional questions, you may call Admiral Security or the Rockingham County Fire Marshall’s office.
8. ADMIRAL SECURITY SERVICES – Reminder to call 911 for all emergency requests. Security can be called if you have a noise complaint, see open fires, someone parked in the road, oversized vehicles, suspicious activity, etc.
