"First class hospitality was provided at the front desk. We were stuck in a terrible snow and ice event on I-80. We sat stopped in the dark, in the January cold, for 3.5 hours. I called the hotel and informed them we were still coming. When we arrived, the two staff members greeted us with such kindness and welcoming hospitality. It was greatly appreciated. They expressed concern about our drive, relief that we were fine, and settled us into two excellent rooms based on our specific requests....
