This beautifully renovated, modern cottage has gorgeous views of the lake which you can savour from the wraparound deck and all the rear facing windows... oh so many windows! Lounge lazily on a huge 24 ft by 24 ft lakeside dock with 175 ft of shoreline. Take a dip in the clear lake - very nice with no weeds and 6ft deep at the end of the dock. Umm, did I mention the lake view from the private, oversized 13 ft Hot Tub/Swim Spa? Amazing! And available year round!


This cottage offers a bright, sunny, open-concept living space with wide lake views at the back and nature all around. With ample space and something for everyone, it is ideal for large groups or 2+ families. We have 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens (well appointed), 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The 2 long gravel driveways on either side of a level grassy lawn, is great for playing volleyball or soccer in the day and laying out on the grass for stargazing at night, the perfect spot to catch a shooting star and the Milky Way. Don't forget to make a wish!

Join us just north of Muskoka, 2 hours north of Toronto, on Duck Lake. Take Highway 400 North and then 12 minutes east, only 15 minutes from downtown Parry Sound.
