Summer or winter, this three-bedroom home is exactly where you want to be - close to alpine skiing and tracked Nordic areas and only two miles from the Bear Basin Trailhead for fantastic mountain biking. The closest beach - Rotary Park, one mile south - has swim lanes in the summer, while North Beach is a few miles up the road for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Downtown McCall has many options for dining, shopping, gear rentals, and events as well.
At the house, you'll be greeted by a comfortable interior with new furnishings as well as a back deck that enjoys morning sun and afternoon shade in the summer. The carpeted living room features ample seating and a flat-screen TV with Samsung TV Plus streaming, while the fully appointed kitchen offers plentiful cabinet storage, an espresso/cappuccino machine, and a dining table for six. Additional amenities include a gas grill outside on the deck, a private washer/dryer, and free WiFi throughout the house.

McCall is our recreational paradise. We love our basecamp home for downhill and Nordic skiing in the winter and mountain biking, hiking, swimming and paddling when the snow is gone. Rotary Park, North Beach and Ponderosa Park are nearby for beach access. Mountain bikers will love riding from the house up the road across the street into the Bear Basin trail system and Payette Rim trail. The deck is perfect for outdoor BBQ, it gets morning sun and afternoon shade. If you want to eat out, there are lots of choices, the guest info book lists our favorites.
I love being able to get up on any day, in any season and have a new adventure in the mountains, whether by foot, skis, wheels or boat. I know I will eat well with the fun variety of restaurants/bake shops and food carts. There is nothing quite like a Stacy Cakes cinnamon roll after a bit of exercise.

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM. Check-out is at 10 AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City Impact area ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
