The house was built in 2020 and is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that backs the golf course and provides uninterrupted views from the dining room, master bedroom and is perfect for peaceful evenings on the covered front porch. The house features a premium kitchen with a gas stove including a griddle, steam and convection oven. The kitchen is also stocked with a Keurig, insta-pot, air fryer, crock pot and a convection microwave for quick meals. A gas fireplace provides warmth and ambiance throughout the house during the chilly McCall nights.
During your down time, enjoy your favorite shows on one of the two Smart-TVs in the house. Staying at Home on the Range includes access to all the amenities of the Spring Mountain Ranch which include a fitness center, steam room, outdoor pool and hot tub as well as tennis and pickleball courts just a short drive or walk away.
The master suite consists of a luxurious king-sized bed, wall mounted smart TV, walk-in closet and a spacious master bath with dual vanities and a tiled shower with glass door. The first guest bedroom features a premium queen-sized bed and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds. Each of the guest bedrooms has its own closet. The guest bath features the same upgraded finishes as the master and has a combo shower/bath for your convenience

Absolutely NO smoking near this house – guests must be at least 50 feet from the property if smoking.
Parking for 3 vehicles max (1 in garage, 2 in driveway) NO street parking is allowed.
This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound. Camera faces driveway and entrance to home.
There is no cable/satellite TV. Guests may use their own streaming services to watch TV
This is a pet friendly property with a 2 pet max. Guests are required to have their pet stay approved by DoneRight Management and must pay the pet fee ($25 per night per pet plus tax).
The home has a two-night minimum stay, some date ranges may require a 3 or 4 night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to
guests one week prior to arrival.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
