I wanted a hotel that had wi-fi, however the internet connection was very inconsistent. The toilet would not flush and I had to inform staff many times to no avail. Later on a plumber came however the problem was not fixed. The hotel advertise free bottle water. However the next day there was no water in the room. I went to the lounge to get water but they wanted to charge me. It became a big deal until the manager came and gave me the water. While leaving the front desk ask me how I book the room. I told them Expedia , they act as if they never heard of Expedia, then she said that the funds were being held up. I showed her my confirmation email and she seemed satisfied it's been paid.
