Lots of space for two couples to relax and unwind yet within an hour of all the major towns and attractions. Jurgen was responsive to our needs and even helped us with the pizza oven. Drei große, schön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, drei voll-ausgestattete Bäder und eine sehr große, überdachte Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht nach Süden. Sehr ruhig gelegen, kein Verkehr, keine lauten Nachbarn. Mit dem netten Verwalter vor Ort hatten wir wenig Kontakt (spricht nur Italienisch), es gab aber auch keine Probleme zu klären. Übergabe völlig unkompliziert. Perfekt."

"Für 1 Woche in der Toskana hatten wir zu zweit einen guten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge nach Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa und Cecina gefunden. Die Einrichtung ist recht einfach und ein bisschen veraltet. Den Pool und die Tischtennisplatte hatten wir für uns alleine und waren damit ein absolutes Highlight. Zum Einkaufen waren wir schnell in Montaione ansonsten ging es immer eine Weile über kurvige italienische Landstraßen bis man eine größere Straße oder sein Ziel erreicht."

"The villa was in a beauiful area of Tuscany with breathtaking views of the hills and at least three hilltop cities. The property is situated in an area perfect for day trips to the many beautiful cities of Tuscany but you will need a car. There are also many activities available on the property. The hosts were always there for anthing we might need and gave us good tips about the area to make sure we had a wonderful Tuscan experience. I would highly recommend this property."

"My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. "Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Wir wussten also dass die Straße, der Zug und die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Da wir aber jeden Tag Ausflüge ans Meer oder die nahen Städte gemacht haben hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben auch manchmal den Pool abends noch genutzt. Sehr gut war die Grillmöglichkeit im Garten. Da haben wir einige Male riesige Bistecca Fiorentina und frische Fische gegrillt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
