"We were a group of 9 adults aged 28+. The check in process was easy and communicating with the hosts was quick and clear. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The hosts have 3 beautiful dogs. One of the dogs, Lily, is very comfortable around guests and super friendly. "The house is lovely with a great pool and a beautiful garden. House is well equipped. Location is a bit remote so car is a MUST as nearest town is 11km, 20 min by car. Nearest beach is 25 minutes drive. Overall though as long as you plan your food shopping well the house will provide a very comfortable stay"

"This accomodation was not "fancy" but it was clean and in a great location. The view from the property was magnificent......and the pool that we did not use, looked inviting....we just did not have time for a swim. Carmelo was gracious and helpful with restaurant suggestions. I would definitely come back to this property if visiting the Agrigento region."

"The Villa Corbera Palmaris was the base for a wonderful stay in Southern Sicily. The Villa (which is fully air conditioned) is relatively new, the decor and facilities are wonderful and very luxurious. "Initial impression - absolutely breathtaking. Wonderful views, beautiful rooms with balconies, and great onsite amenities. However, a few things need to be attended too. Everyone in my group is in the 70's and above age range. Extra caution has to be used at this site at our age. Stairs to 2nd floor are very steep and narrow. "We loved this property. Located in the beautiful countryside of Pergusa, La Casa del Poeta is a great place to unwind after a day of site seeing. It is centrally located between Enna and Piazza del Romano and only an hour from Agrigento and the Valley of Temples. The host, Guiliana, was wonderful sharing information about the area and providing recommendations for food, sights and travel. The breakfast is included with lots of options to choose from. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it. "

"We stayed for a week and we were very happy with the service. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The first room they gave us after two days had a bit of mould forming on the wall due to the rainy humid weather and while we were out, without us saying anything or complaining at all, they took it upon themselves to switch our rooms. We had family where we would eat but the restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent reviews even by the locals. I will definitely be returning. "

Incredible property

"Great ambience. Property was excellent and exceptionally clean. Rooms were impeccable with natural (no chemical smells) fragrances. Service was excellent at all times of the day and food was incredible. Pool was amazing to swim in however the only there were a lot of flies when using sunbathing recliners. Perhaps some fly traps would be useful to minimize this. "
