Relax and enjoy beautiful Mazatlán Mexico with the Pacific Ocean one block to your right, and Historic Mazatlán one block to your left.

You will feel right-at-home in our fully-updated two-bedroom, one-bath condo located in the heart of "Centro Histórico" (Historic Downtown) Mazatlán. The eight-unit building is located in Playa Sur (South Beach), steps from the sand on Olas Altas Beach. Plazuela Machado is a four block walk through tree-lined well-lit streets, where you'll find quaint restaurants within historic buildings as well as the Angela Peralta theater.

The fully-equipped kitchen has Mexican tile counters, a coffee maker, toaster, cooking items and -- of course -- a ceramic chips and salsa tray and tortilla warmer! There is seating for two at the kitchen bar, and a table for four in the dining area.

The living room includes seating for four around a flat screened SmartTV and wifi.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a dresser, and a cozy reading nook. Both of the bedrooms have high quality mattresses, comfy bedding and lots of pillows. (We're happy to make the twin beds up as a King, if you prefer.)

The bathroom features Mexican ceramic tiles and a large modern shower. There is also a compact washer/dryer combo under the bathroom counter. And, no need to struggle with lots of liquids or heavy items in your luggage, as you'll find a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste, lotion, and sunscreen in the bathroom.

We offer lots of great extras designed to make your beach vacation as easy and as fun as possible! There is a small beach-bag style cooler, a large beach bag, and plenty of beach towels. There are also two fabric shopping bags, in case you'd like to try your hand at shopping at the open-air market a few blocks away.

If you're traveling with small children, no need to pack a crib, stroller, or highchair - you will find it all here. And, there is also a nice selection of toys, games, and books (in English and Spanish).

Our family home is a few blocks down the street, where you're welcome to share the pool or borrow a bicycle to pedal around town.

Best location ever!!!
I really loved our stay in this apartment. It had every convenience that we needed. I must once again thank Kathy for the ride to pick up groceries. That was such a help. I must say, my favourite part was drinking coffee and watching the sunrise from the balcony. It was so delightful to see the city waking up. And to have a view of the ocean at the same time was just perfect. I can't think of a nicer location -- 1/2 block from the Malecon, a few blocks from Machado Plaza! We also went up to the Sky Bar at the top of the Best Western for drinks at sunset! It was a wonderful location!!

Home away from home!
The is the second year we have stayed in this apartment. This year several renovations to the kitchen area had been undertaken which made a great improvement, and new flooring had been laid. This apartment also has a drinking water filter system, so there is no need to purchase water and carry those heavy containers up stairs. yes, there are stairs, but they are very shallow and easy to climb. The hosts, Sergio, Kathy and Kelsey were very attentive to our needs, even bringing us "Mexican Flu" remedies when we needed it; providing a bigger coffee pot for three coffee drinkers; immediate fix to the shower curtain rail; and making sure we had keys for a lock change at the front door. The only problem we couldn't solve was how to use Netflix in the main bedroom and the living room. but we had no problem getting it in the 2nd bedroom and we managed with one TV. The hosts tried their best to get us set up, but we are 3 older women who haven't mastered the new technology. We loved our morning coffee on the balcony looking out to the ocean and "people watching" on the street below. Thank you again for a lovely stay. Juidi, Pauline, and Joan

We loved staying at this property. The owners were very attentive and prompt in responding to our needs. They were more than willing to make our stay perfect. The property was clean and well equipped. It has an ideal location. Unfortunately we had a family emergency which cut our stay short. We only hope we can return next year!

Sergio and Cathy’s Condo
This Condo is in a great location uncountable restaurants within a few blocks. Just 1/2 block to the beach of Olas Altas sunbathing, swimming , and surfing. We were there for Carnival which was just unbelievable music , food and ,beer everywhere. The fireworks on Saturday night and parade Sunday were spectacular. We can’t say enough about Sergio and his generosity and attentiveness. Sergio and Cathy took us out for a day to show us some of the country side and we had a great time. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one.

Wonderfully situated in the beautiful Centro Historico on the shore of the Pacific
We just spent 7 weeks at this comfortable condo a few metres away from the Malecon. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the busy nightlife never bothered us with our portable white noise machine. On the one or two occasions when we needed help with something, our friendly host, Sergio, was there within minutes. This place cannot be beaten for access to the heart of historic Mazatlan with its beautiful architecture, vibrant culture and access to great restaurants - all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. The sights and sounds of the Mazatlecos enjoying daily life and festive seasons will be hard to forget, especially the nightlife along the Malecon. The catchy music from the Pulmonias and Aurigas linger in your ears long after their departure. We loved our walks along the Malecon to the Zona Dorada and over the hill to hike up to El Faro, trips to La Isla de la Piedra for long walks along the beach and breakfast at restaurants on the beach. The downtown market and local Bodega Aurrera on Miguel Aleman were all within easy walking distance for shopping. Definitely get some bread from the bakery attached to Hector's Bistro, cinnamon buns from La Olivia and have meals at Hector's Bistro, Angelina's, La Fonda de Chalio and Topolos amongst many others. Pancho's in the Zona Dorada had good food and try their Queso tequila prepared at your table. Cafe Allegro and Looney Bean are good coffee places. Piccolo Roma is right next door offering Italian cuisine. The Plazuela Machado is 5-7 minutes away on foot and is busy and vibrant, especially at festival time with many restaurants and craft stalls on cruise ship days. Mazatlan we will definitely be back. Thank you Sergio and Kathy for providing a home away from home in the Pearl of the Pacific!

Rich with history and new friends
This was my first time to Mexico and it was so amazing! So much to see just in the Mazatlan area alone. This was my husband's second time here, but it was some years ago and he was amazed with all the changes. We picked the most awesome place to stay at, with where it was situated and all it had to offer. Kathy and Sergio have provided everything in this condo to make you feel at home. Also their hospitality was so wonderful right from the moment of contact with them. We will definitely be back in the near future to see more of this beautiful city and surrounding area.
