This 3 bedroom and two and one half bath home is decorated and filled with amenities you would expect in an upscale hotel. Our goal is to provide an elevated level of comfort for you and your guests during your stay.

As guests of this home, you have 24 hour access through the main gate and access to the community facilities during the hours they are open for use. This includes the pools, children’s play areas, pet areas and barbecue areas.

NOTE: If guests wish to use the BBQ's or pool cabanas, there is a $250MXN (plus VAT tax) cleaning fee. (24 hours advance notice must be given to the host.)

Casa de Almarena is conveniently located just a brief 36-minute (37.9 km) freeway drive from Mazatlán International Airport, ensuring a seamless journey for our guests. Exploring the surroundings is a breeze, with the beach a mere 800 meters away, an incredible waterpark just across the street, and easy access to the popular Cerritos bike path our guests have endless convenient options for getting around.

For hassle-free commuting, the Green Bus conveniently picks up and drops off near the entrance, providing a reliable transportation option. Additionally, the convenience of ride-sharing services like Uber and DiDi is just a click away, making it effortless for guests to venture out and make the most of their stay.

Guests must wear the rubber yellow bracelets when using the pool. Primary guest will be charged $250.00MXN for Lost or damaged bracelets.

The development is still undergoing construction so there might be noise and additional workers in the area. This inconvenience should only be during week days and between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

8 Tampering or removal of security devices will result in cancellation and removal without refund.
9. PETS: Guests are responsible for their pets and must not leave them unattended, must pick up after their pet and must have pet on a leash at all times when outside. Failure to do so may result in a fine and/or cancellation of your reservation without refund and removal from the property.
10. Guests are encouraged to book Independent Travel Insurance as cancellation policies are strictly enforced.
