Our detached 4 bed private villa with 2 bathrooms, kitchen diner is in El Alamillo very close to all amenities and the port itself. We have stunning sea views on all levels and a private swimming pool with childrens waterslide. Very spacious terrace area with sunbeds , dining area and outdoor barbecue. Large rooftop solarium with views of the whole bay of Mazarron. This villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends and can sleep up to 8 people. the house is situated in a residential area and is a 10-minute walk to the local beach, adjoining the sandy beach of Puerto de Mazarron, harbour and marina. The Puerto is within a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive. There are some local restaurants and a pharmacy, within 5/10 minutes walk. Wide variety of restaurants and cafes/bars along the sea front in Puerto de Mazarron. Both sea and inland views are available from the house. The 3 upper bedrooms all have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes, downstairs there are free standing fans. Smart TV .

Puerto de Mazarron is a Spanish fishing port situated on the Costa Calida of Spain and benefits from all year around sunshine.
It is accessed from Alicante Airport ( approximately 1 hr 20 mins) or San Javier , Murcia Airport ( Approximately 50 minutes away).

The owners lived and worked in the area previously and have an excellent knowledge of local amenities , contacts and taxi drivers should it be required.

Awesome
Lovely house, we loved the pool and this was checked and cleaned twice during our stay. The stuation was perfect , short walk to the beach and the port , we didnt need a car and also had been privided with a taxi contact number, so were able to call and this was so easy. The house is very accesible to where we planned to visit. Was clean and perfect for our stay, will consider staying there agaig. The host was very responsive with any questions we had too which also made our stay more perfect

Lovely family villa highly recommend
Very clean on arrival. The pool is a good size. You have everything you need. Richard was always available and even text me asking how my holiday was going. Near a few bars and the beach. 15 minutes to the port if you want the night life. Local residents very friendly. The beautiful weather helped the holiday. We will be back. 5 star all round.

Hemos pasado 2 semanas en agosto y la casa está bastante bien. Es amplia y tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. La piscina es estupenda, la hemos disfrutado mucho aunque el primer día vimos que estaba bastante sucia y avisamos a Brian y Gill (las personas que te reciben) y en seguida lo solucionaron. La ubicación es buena, es una zona tranquila y a 10 minutos de la playa aunque tiene algunas piedras. Cosas mejorables: encontrar la casa algo más limpia, el sofá del salón y el colchón de la habitación de abajo necesitan una renovación, algún vaso más y tazas para el desayuno. Dejando a parte esto, lo hemos pasado muy bien. La comunicación con Richard ha sido estupenda. Alojamiento recomendable.

Voor ons is vakantie zorgeloos genieten en tot rust komen. Het uitzicht en het zwembad waren prima. Jammer genoeg ontstond er vanuit de bovenste badkamer de eerste avond een erg onaangename rioolgeur die verspreidde zich over gans het huis. De ideeën over de aanpak voor deze geurhinder tussen ons en de eigenaar kwamen niet overeen. De eigenaar besliste om ons verblijf te beëindigen en betaalde ons terug.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour
Très bonnes vacances passées au sein de la maison , non loin de la plage . Vraiment agréable le fait d'avoir la piscine au pied de la terrasse . Petit bémol la piscine devient vite verte , une personne très gentille vient s'occuper de l'entretien de cette dernière mais ce n'est pas suffisant. 1 ou 2 parasols serait présents , sa serait appréciable car vu la chaleur le store banne ne suffit pas . Ce ne ne sont que de petits détails , propriétaire très gentil , toujours a répondre à nos questions. Je recommande cette maison !

El alojamiento estaba bastante bien, estaba al lado de la playa, aunque sea de piedras y te destrozas los pies. Sin embargo, tienes también andando un poco más una playa de arena. En cuanto a la limpieza, si es cierto que está un poco descuidada la casa, la cocina la encontramos limpia, el problema eran los suelos. También hay que tener cuidado porque los techos de abajo son muy bajos y si eres alto te puedes chocar. Por todo lo demás la atención del dueño y del personal de la piscina y de limpieza fue muy buena porque contestaban y te atendían en el momento

La casa es amplia y está muy bien. La piscina estupenda. Sí hay que ponerle un pero, se lo daría a la limpieza. Siempre que necesitamos algo, inmediatamente Richard nos atendió al momento. Hemos disfrutado de nuestras vacaciones, que era de lo que se trataba.

Très bien !
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour à Mazarrón. La maison est très chaleureuse et cosy on s’y sent bien. C’était propre à l’arrivée et la literie sentait la lessive. C’était très important pour moi. La piscine est magnifique et bien entretenue. En ce qui concerne Richard et Gill le propriétaire et la gérante ils sont très sympathiques et surtout réactifs en cas de problème ou besoin. En conclusion excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande et j’y retournerais certainement. Soraya

Nos alojamos en julio de 2021 mis amigos y yo (edades 18-20 años) La casa está bien para gente de esta edad, pero la verdad tiene cosas que un adulto de mayor edad no pasaría por alto. La casa estaba muy muy sucia. Las sábanas con manchas, los tiradores de los cajones pegajosos (que limpié porque me daba mucho asco tocarlos), los mismos cajones por dentro hechos un desastre con los cubiertos y vajilla bastante sucia... Además hay una cantidad exagerada de cucarachas, por toda la casa. Recalcar también la escasa limpieza en las bandejas del horno y la rejilla de la barbacoa, que tenían una costra de suciedad que ni frotando con todas nuestras ganas pudimos quitar. La respuesta del propietario fue un "Lo siento" que sinceramente no arregló nada. Por lo demás, Richard es un host excelente, muy atento, siempre pendiente de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitáramos, excepto que pedimos a la chica de limpieza de la piscina, Amanda, y nunca apareció. Con respecto a la distribución de la casa, es cualquier cosa menos como te la imaginas. Capacidad para 8 personas, 4 habutaciones, pero una de ellas está en lo que podría ser un salón, ya que no tiene ni puerta (un biombo) Con respecto a la localización de la casa es muy buena, a 5 minutos andando de la playa (tiene algunos cantos rodados) que no está muy concurrida a ninguna hora del día, un lujo. He de recalcar que hay que tener cuidado por las noches, ya que intentaron robarnos en la playa la primera noche con navajas y amenazas de por medio.

La casa es como en el anuncio. Pasan dos días a la semana a limpiar la piscina. Hace mucho calor en Mazarrón y es importante tener aire acondicionado. En este caso no nos dieron ese servicio.

Deja mucho que desear
La villa está muy bien ubicada y en la misma calle hay mucho aparcamiento. Cabe destacar que los techos de la parte de abajo eran muy bajos lo que resultaba molesto para alguien que midiera más de 1,75. Respecto a la limpieza, los baños estaban limpios pero el resto de la casa no. Había bastante polvo y las sábanas no estaban limpias. Los exteriores son estupendos para disfrutar con los tuyos. La piscina a los dos dias de estar ahí empezó a ensuciarse aún llevando el máximo cuidado ya que un grupo de 8 personas en una piscina que no está todo lo cuidada que debería es inevitable que el agua se ponga turbia.

Todo bien, para altos la planta de abajo es peligrosa (si mides más de 1.90 te pegas con el techo). Una pena no poder usar el aire acondicionado. Lo demás perfecto.
