"Everything was great, the staff is amazing, so helpful and caring, they offer to keep your luggage before you ask (which is then stored in a secured room, for free). Only thing to be aware if you're a light sleeper is that the vents on the windows cannot be closed so you do hear street noises as if the windows were slightly open (this is due to French legislation and not the hotel's fault. Will definitely go back next time I'm in Marseille."
