Ich wurde ein Tag vorher per Mail informiert, dass ich eine Kaution vor Ort bezahlen muss. Allerdings habe ich vor Ort keine Quittung darüber erhalten und im nachhinein wurde von der Agentur bestätigt, dass die Kaution über die Kreditkarte geblockt wird. Natürlich habe ich die Kaution die ich vor Ort bezahlt habe nicht mehr zurück bekommen und zwar mit der absurden Begründung, dass eine Person bei mir gesehen wurde. Diese Person war nur zu Gast da und hat dort natürlich auch nicht übernachtet. Es wurde nie erwähnt und stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung, dass es verboten ist von anderen Personen das Grundstück zu betreten. Die Vermieter meinten es enstand ein Mehrverbrauch, weil jemand zu Gast war, somit behalten sie die gesamte Kaution. Zusätzlich hielt es dann auch niemand mehr für nötig eine ordentliche Übergabe zu machen, ich sollte einfach zu ziehen und den Schlüssel hin hängen. Es ist gesetzlich vorgegeben dass die Kaution nur bei Sachbeschädigung in der Wohnung einbehalten werden darf. Das interessierte niemand, denn weder telefonisch noch per Email konnte ich jemand erreichen. Das ist vorsätzliche Abzocke. Es gibt hier viele seriöse Vermieter, dieser ist keiner davon.
