"Super convenient along main street and within a block of the river and downtown park (and most importantly, the Boathouse Cantina). Room setup was great for us with two adults and two school age kids. TV worked well and allowed streaming from our home streaming services that logs out automatically on checkout. Only things to be aware of are that it's a third floor walk up and the bathtub has a high lip to climb over. Could be an issue for folks with mobility issues, but no problem for us. ...

Across the street from the police station and an EV charging station, so it's very safe, secure and quiet. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. "We couldn’t believe how close this was to everything. You are RIGHT on the river, across from the best sandwich shop Salida offers, and plenty of shops. It was so nice to pop in to grab something if we needed it, then head right back out to the fun! The place was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for personal space if you need it. "This is a nice little condo just minutes from Monarch Ski area. Gigi was really nice and her communication was great. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint we had was that the sofa cushions need to be replaced. It was really uncomfortable to sit on the couch for any period of time. If that was fixed then we'd recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay near Monarch Mountain. "
