"This property was just as advertised. A modern spacious condo that was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the bedrooms were very nice with lots of great windows. We enjoyed the location, within easy walking of downtown and the Monarch walking trail. We really enjoyed the game room with table tennis and fooseball. Highly recommend!"

"We had the best time here. Skied in Breckenridge day one and monarch on day two. Day three was the train ride in leadville. Skiing was great and the train ride was so fun. The loft was perfect. Right in downtown and we could walk to great restaurants in town. All the cute shops are great and everyone is so friendly. Our last night was new years eve and the city had a block party and it was rocking! What a great place to spend with someone you love. Happy new year!"

"Beautiful downtown condo. Very clean and comfortable. The only issues were no designated parking, no shower soap or shampoo and a lot of stairs. Alley access was unusual and the massive amount of powerlines definitely detracted from the view while on the deck."

"Great property with a great location. One thing to note is it’s not a true 3 bedroom, one of the rooms is separated by a curtain. I may have missed this detail but wasn’t ideal for our infant. But overall the place was great. Loved seeing the river right outside the window! "

"This place looked like it had recently been remodeled and had some incredible views of S-Mountain and the river. It was in easy walking distance to all the best restaurants in downtown Salida. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, and Keurig coffees. We had a great time staying there while going to Ski Monarch each day we were there."
