The shower gel was empty, some of the sachets in the tea/coffee box hadn't been replenished, etc. Reception staff were lovely, the floor staff in the bar seemed over-worked and (understandably) stressed. Rooms were beautiful and remodeled but still antique enough to have the old Irish feeling. Malcolm and Angela were such a joy to have as hosts. we could not have asked for a better stay, hosts, and beautiful property to walk in (gardens/open fields)"
