"Home has the Sundance decor vibe and is very spacious for two families. Only 2 homes away from Sundance cabins and is easy to connect to the Sundance walkways even in winter. Drawbacks are the induction Miele stove which is high tech and a nightmare to operate. Property manager was useless. No foil or saran wrap - only ziplock bags to use. Folgers coffee. One TV in the basement. No blackout blinds or privacy so plan to wake up at the crack of dawn. No discretion in having the hot tub cleaned while we were there. We were asked and told the property manager that it was best to wait until we left the next day but that was ignored. The hot tub man was next to the bathroom window while I was taking a shower with a see through cheese cloth window covering. The best was the infestation of ants - many colonies of them in the winter! And, the exterminator who came to fix it said this was not the first visit so good luck to future guests! I feel bad for the owners who have poured a lot of love into this home. This is the first review I've left of many that was not a 10 rating. Most owners or property managers fix the situations to create a 10 rating but not this one."

"Tiffany was very gracious letting us arrive early. The property is beautiful and located in a convenient area easy access to Sundance resort. We had 17 people the room setup was good for our group. The kitchen is the heart of our family and it was the perfect size and well equipped to feed our group. Firepit, steam room, hottub all great ammenities.I would reccommend this property."
