"We made a reservation that was wrong through Expedia and the Assistant Manager went out of his way to help make it right! Expedia wasn’t as helpful! We were watching our grandkids while their parents were away and they enjoyed the pool area. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest. Would definitely recommend this place and we will visit here again when spending time with the kids."

"We had trouble with a door not locking and we got a different room. (One that had recently been refurbished). Whenever we called the front desk for help they responded quickly. The last time we were there we had left something behind and they remembered us and told us it was in lost and found. They helped us with the door when we needed help. It was just a wonderful experience for us. "
